There are exciting changes in the Wellworks
program. We hope that you have heard about them and are ready to learn
more. We are especially eager for you to begin using
Communiqué and Marketplace.
Below you will find an outline of new features
and an explanation of improvements to existing features. It is
strongly recommended that you watch the training videos referenced below
to prevent confusion about your new Wellworks environment and processes.

Many
enhancements to the system have been implemented, including:

Color coding of the 3-4 easy steps
to selecting clients and building a newsletter, now makes learning the
system much faster.

Selecting Clients to email is more
powerful, including the ability to create Categories for customers
on-the-fly and then select from multiple categories, uing AND/OR/NOT logic

Creating your own Library Items
for re-use by your business or even Public use by all Wellworks Communiqué
customers.

Historical reporting now shows more
detail about how many emails were sent, delivered, opened, and
clicked into. The click-through detail shows who clicked into what
item in a newsletter, and allows for immediate re-marketing to that
targeted list or the categorization of them for future targeted marketing
purposes.

Vendor Advertising can now be
rotated into your newsletters, and you will receive 10% commission on all
clicks that vendors pay for, just as you receive 10% commission on
Marketplace sales.

System Options now allow for more
custom template flexibility should you want to have your own
custom design to your newsletter(s).
